When having a VNC-session to help solve problems on an other PC where the user is present it will be very helpful if simultaneous voice support would be available. Not always is a second telephone line available. Also when the other party is in another country, the telephone costs could rise unnecessary high. Looking around and trying several programs like ICQ-voice, Netmeeting, Paltalk, Cybertalk etc. I found Speak Freely. Speak Freely is freeware, not being hampered by adware and a lot of extra's not needed for the purpose. Have a look at http://www.speakfreely.org for detailed information. Fr. gr. Eppo R.
