Thank's, I got it working now. I was afraid steps 3 & 4 were going to hose up my existing video driver.

Open regedit and modify the following registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Hardware Profiles\Current\CurentControlSet\ Services\vncdrv\Device0 Attach.ToDesktop = 1 DefaultSettings.BitsPerPel = (The value from your video driver which is HKEY....\yourvid\Device0. Read the file readme2.txt) DefaultSettings.XResolution = As above DefaultSettings.YResolution = As above Reboot the machine.
