Could you take a look in the following locations and post the additional
information you find?

(1) Check the event viewer and get the extended text for the error -and see
if there are any other failures within 60 seconds before this, in either the
Application or the System Log.

(2) Check the services shown in the Services applet; see if there are any
which are supposed to start but are not doing so.  In particular look for
any traces of the SSH server in there.

This error is known to occur with some services set to start using SRVANY,
which may have been the case with OpenSSH.  Whether it did or not, it is
possible that VNC is set to explicitly depend on the OpenSSH service right
now, which is (obviously) no longer present.  This explicit dependency may
be causing the failure.
