You need some sort of gateway to that private network. If you used a NAT/PAT router and then you could do this. Map the ports 5800 or 5900 ports you use to the internal IP 192.168.0.2 and then you can reach the server by access the valid external/outside world address and the port you need and then the router will forward your request on to the internal IP. Linksys makes a Cable/DSL router that can do this it has a nice web based interface for configuing the router and it isn't too expensive.
