Seen the thread about not being able to bind to specif interface in NT, but
afaik the unix version has this feature correct?

TightVNC (and VNC) have an option to either bind to all interfaces
(default), bind to a specfic interface (-interface ip_address) or bind to
localhost interface (-localhost).

Startup and binding to all interfaces does work and can get a connection
(but a security risk since once interfaces is on an untrusted network).
The -localhost and -interface [ip address] options are not working. I
trying run as both root and user, which neither work.

This is working:

`vncserver :1 -name "[Hydra]" -depth 24 -geometry 1024x768 -alwaysshared`

bash-2.05a$ cat hydra\:1.log

These next three are not working: (localhost option)

Server info:
        FreeBSD i386 4.5 Stable
TightVNC i386 FreeBSD 1.2.2 (from ports collection)

        192.168.17.1 (private network)
        10.0.10.1 (untrusted network)
        127.0.0.1 (look back interface)

Any ideas? It works fine if I don't give it the -locahost or -interface
options.

Regards,
Jack
