Mario, could you copy/paste the relevant registry settings for your machine in an email? They are the ones under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3 (the entire sub-key, including \Default)
and under HKEY_Current_User\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3 === I also have a tool up that will do most of the export for you if you want to try that: it's at: http://www.bittnet.com/winremote/files/vncreport.wsf It's a Windows Script host file, so you need to save it as a WSF file and then run it on ht system to which you are trying to connect. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mario Becroft" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, 2002-04-15 22:00 Subject: Connection dropped systematically on Windows 2000 > I have been using VNC for some time with much success.
