To start with, check out the page:

http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/contribs.html

Some of the links below can be pulled from there.

Installs:
Richard Harris has an excellent push install page at:
http://www.darkage.co.uk/

Management (Policies):
Daniel Quinlan has a policy editor template for controlling VNC on networks
which is mentioned there; a direct link is:

http://projects.chaosengine.net/winvnc/winvnc.ADM

Monitoring/Auditing:

Scott Best as a pretty nifty real-time monitoring system that will allow you to
"browse" a VNC network on a page, available from:

http://www.kaboodle.org/

There are other listed choices at the bottom of the VNC page I referenced; I am
not mentioning them by name because there are so darned many decent monitoring
tools.

One last one is a script-based auditing tool I am working on, but it's waiting
for the  "Richard Harris Seal of Approval" ( :-] ) before I make it available;
that may be a few days since I have some final-round changes to make...
