If I understand what you're saying correctly, if the winvnc server is on the
150.0.x.x network, and the user is on 150.0.x.x, the user can connect and
the server user gets an accept/reject dialog. What happens if the user is on
the 172.16.0.0 and tries to connect to the server at 150.0.x.x??  Errors??
Is there any connection at all??  If you try "telnet <vnc host> 5900" from
the user's machine, do you get any messages in your telnet session??
