thanks everyone who's got back to me in regards to my problems with
multiple servers and the crashing problem.
from what i can gather, there is no solution (at present) for the problem
of my browser (be it netscape or iexplore on pc or mac) crashing when you
attempt to connect to a new vnet-controlled world having already being
connected to a different world previously.
is this the conclusion of everyone out there? and if so, any ideas why it
happens? (apart from just to increase developers stress levels?)
also, thanks for tips on Cortona. i'll check it out.
i've read some people talking about exhibitions recently. i've not really
paid attention that much (sorry) but my project has a very final deadline
of this friday (oh dear), so there will be work here which maybe of use.
trouble is,although the project (called The Panopticon Project) will be up
and running, the creation and development team (me) won't be around for a
good month. i'll send the address when it's ready (probably friday at about
3 in the morning).
anyway, thanks and keep sending suggestions.
