"first option"?? "second option"??

that error message is usually indicative of 
one of two conditions:

1) funky download of the zip file into the cache...
   try empying out your caches
   [I think maybe both the Web browser
    and the VRML plugin have caches]
   and restarting your browser

2) EAIVNet.zip not in the same directory
   as the URL which calls it

basically
for one reason or another
EAIVNet.zip is not being found

try going to:

  http://ariadne.iz.net/~jeffs/vnet/EAIVNet.html

to see if your client machine is working right

let me know if problems continue
and we'll see if we cannot fix'em
