You should be able to negotiate and possibly remove those fees.
I have seen those fees set for numbers that are being ported away after
less than a year in service. You may want to offer that as your second line.

Anyone using the NV3430 on T1?s with hosted phone behind Broadsoft? Would
you like to share some notes and review of your experience so far please?
I am also looking for some insight on using Ncommand on a VM and the best
possible collector options to gather all data off the TA9xx gen 2 box
including PCASH.
