In Michigan, AT&T is withdrawing TRS service as an offering early next
year.   Each provider will be responsible to make their own arrangements
for TRS.  Establishing a direct agreement with one of the national TRS
providers seems to be quite expensive.   Is anyone able to offer this
service to us ?
