We thought or hoped it would die too. By the end of any week day I see that we have processed 8,000 to 11,000 faxes. Some are probably trash but I am confident that most are legitimate business transactions.
We have definitely seen more users embrace the ata solution than email 2 fax. In my opinion it is best to send using a standard fax machine and the mp202b from faxback and receive via email. If you want a hard copy then print it.
