Hahaha, not surprising for them.  In the past year, two of my customers
have sent me call recording of their sales people calling to get their
business, but with awful call quality.  Sad but hilarious.  They recently
merged with Telesphere, a local company who I took a lot of customers
from.  The Vonage/Telesphere former customers are the BEST references
because they can tell people how much something sucked and how we fixed it.
