Hi Lee,
We have been running our own infrastructure. However, we are in the process
of migrating to the 2600hz PaaS solution as it has shown to significantly
reduce ops costs.

Mark,
Did you elect to go with the global infrastructure, or are you running it in
their private or public cloud?
Thanks,
Lee

Both actually. When first available for geek purposes. However when business
began to thrive I contracted with 2600hz so I could focus on the business side.
Their services are far more reasonable, especially price wise, than the
licensing and support from the likes of broadsoft - leaving more room to
compete in the marketplace.

Mark, did you build your platform from the open source stack or did you
contract with 2600 directly?
Thx

A great open source competitor to Broadsoft etc, would be Kazoo by 2600hz. We
leverage their APIs to tied into our E911 and abilities to purchase and
provision TNs in real time, with a great UI for our clients. You should check
it out.

Broadsoft / Broadcloud - depending on your topology / infrastructure and your

We are searching for a wholesale voice platform provider (broadsoft,
metaswitch, etc) and I am reaching out to this list for suggestions.
We need to be able to utilize our Origination and Termination providers and
E911 provider. We would like to have API access for provisioning from our B/OSS
system, but this is not required. We handle both residential voice and business
UC services.
