I'm assuming you don't have a subscription to the LERG because SHA information is in LERG 7 SHA. You can also find the incumbent for each rate center on localcallingguide and then go to the carrier's site and look up which end offices are associated with each tandem to figure it out that way. Or if you are interconnected with the LEC, just request the information from their trunk forecasting department.
