I have been out of the game for about 20 years and now I am back. I have a lot to catch up on but I'm hoping this listserv can help me out. I have a few questions
* Is it possible to interconnect directly with a PSAP? * Is a CLEC license/agreement still required? * Is this interconnection still only offered via TDM or is IP/SIP an option? Thanks for your help. Rob
