[VoiceOps] Nextiva & Poly ZTP

I hope I'm not breaking protocol, but i was hoping to find a clueful 
person at Nextiva who knows about their use of Poly ZTP.

I've got a former customer of theirs wanting to bring phones and need 
them removed from the Nextiva ZTP instance, support seems to not know 
what I'm talking about.
