We disabled TCAP/LNP lookups and forced all calls outbound to our Inteliquent SIP trunks (I guess maybe they don’t use their own signaling? ) and we were seeing good completion on outbound calls with this configuration. Of course inbound was limited by the down ISUP trunks to the tandems.
