At 4:05pm ET Republicans on the floor of the House are asking where they might get a physical copy of the bill, in particular the 300-page amendment added in the middle of last night. They'd like to see what they are voting on before they are asked to vote. The Chair doesn't know, which may perhaps be understandable.
