The simplest for incoming would be thourgh the
use of agents (this is well documented in our manual), as for outgoing, I'm
looking around but do not find a way to do this . If you are looking for a
temporary solution, your could use a Mail Archive Agent.

We have a user
whose email we need to monitor. I can set up a dummy box and copy all of
their incoming mail. Is there a way to get all of their outgoing as
well?
