George, thanks for the comments.  I have thought about the MX record thing,
but I want to keep the changes to something that I can undo at a moments
notice.  The access-list idea is good, that will be my first step.  It's
hard to believe that VOPMail cannot be setup to only accept mail from
trusted IP addresses.  Vircom Tech Support...any thoughts on this?
