I have TWO Vopmail exchangers I am trying to figure out why they send outgoing UDP 137 packets to random addresses on the net which I block at the router. NOTE: they only exhibit this behavior when SMTP services are running It also appears that this only happens when they are actually sending or receiving mail. So the IP addresses are probably not really random.
