[VOPmail Beta] Blocking spam from Korea

I am getting spam on a regular basis from Korea and starting to get fed up from keep adding their ip addressses in my black list. All these messages have non English characters in the subject heading. Is there a spam filter with a regular expression that can be used to filter these messages?

If this is not possible, I appreciate someone sharing a mail agent for filtering messages. I am using Vopmail not Modusmail.
