we have had reports of messages being delivered sometimes and delayed other when addresses to the same person at msn.com I suspect they may have an issue with one or more but not all of their MX servers. I have about 20 customers who's emails are not getting to msn.com customers. I have looked in the log and find nothing. However under the Holding file under the folder marked msn there is file called domain and here is what is in it: Domain-name: msn.com Last-tried: 1045642485 Try-number: 39 Last-failure-reason: Did not receive SMTP greeting from host Mx-host: smtp-gw-4.msn.com Mx-preference: 20 Mx-status: 0 Mx-expires: 1045644844 Mx-ip-address: 207.46.181.13 This has been going on for just over 2 days!
