On Q2, I am extremely happy with modus, especially modus2.  At first, with modus1 there was some issues, all of which we worked through with the help of Vircom and others on the list.  Since modus2 we have not had any issues with the mail server worth mention.  I think it is a far better product then VOPMail and glad I switched to it.  I feel the support plans price change were a little unexpected, but I am not displeased with the services I receive for my support plan cost.   I don't like giving direct reccomendations, so I will just say that I hope you are happy with whatever choice you make, whether it be with modus or not.   Internet Network Engineer Local Internet Services, Inc.
