just got into this yesterday. if you have the
latest stuff, there is a dns option you can turn on at the bottom of the rbl
page. if you do that, you'll see a timeout option right with it.
if you don't have that choice in your version, there is
a registry entry you can use. try the fast dns option first but if you
don't have a version new enough to have that let me know and I'll find the
registry hack.
