Your customer doesn't and shouldn't have access to your mail server's server wide filters. When an outgoing message bounces, they can send you the bounced message and you will figure out what the problem is. The bounced message can just say it was blocked but saying it was blocked because you used such and such subject is probably giving out too much information. Also if they are sending these type of messages, they are likely sending spam. If they are authenitcated, maybe Vopmail should bypass the filters. The spam filter doesn't distinguish between messages coming from the net or messages being sent to the net by local users.
