Hello Mike,

VOP Radius uses the NAS-IP-Address attribute IP to display the Nas name.
It basically tries to find a match in the clients tab.

What you could do is log the packet, note the NAS-IP-Address and then
add a new definition to the Clients Tab.

The NAS-IP-Address attribute value will always remain the same, but as
the packet passes through each radius server, the source IP will change.
It is the source IP that must be in the Clients Tab to tell VOP Radius
that it is a valid radius client.

Thank-you

Subject: [VOP RADIUS] Remote Console not showing NAS Name

* This is the VOP Radius mailing list *
Is there a way to cause the Remote Console (VOP Radius, version 3.2) to
show the NAS name along with the IP Address? Mine is showing only the
IP Address. The NAS name does show up in the main console on the Radius
machine.

Thanks,

Mike McTee
