* This is the VOP Radius mailing list * We starting using VOP Radius version 2.5 for our Ascend Max 4048 dialup equipment on Thursday and quickly discovered several problems. We are driving VOPRadius with an ODBC connection to a SQL database populated by RODOPI:
1. Logs were telling us that the simaltaneous user limit was reach for many users. I turn off concurrency checking and that made this problem go away for the moment although this probably isn't the ideal solution. 2. VOPRadius successfully authenticates users and then it appears that our MAX 4048 boxes quite often give us a LAN security error message meaning the username/password is incorrect and the user is disconnected. 3. VOPRadius successfully authenticates users then for some reason there connection hangs up after 5 seconds or so. Here is my radius profile as entered into RODOPI: Framed-Protocl = PPP Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.255 Ascend-Assign-IP-Pool = 1 (or 2 sometimes) Ascend-Idle-Limit = 1800 Service-Type = Framed-User Any ideas on how to proceed?
