Hello Bernardo,

This can mean that your accounting database is not fast enough to keep
up with the data that VOP Radius is sending it. As a result over time
the packets queue up in VOP Radius and eventually fill it to capacity.
If you are using MS Access, then it is recommended that you switch to MS
SQL and run it on a machine of its own. 

Another possibility is that the database is fast enough, but VOP Radius
is not inserting the data frequently enough. In version 3.3 Build 224
there is a feature to decrease the accounting insertion delay:

1) Go to the Accounting tab
2) Click on ODBC Setup
3) Change the "Record Insertion Delay" to 1 second
