[VOP RADIUS] Multiple logins e roaming servers

AFAIK, when freeradius authenticates against VPRRS, it counts towards your max users limit.   Anyway, does anybody know where I can find the documentation about profiles? It's not where the docs sends us to: http://www.vircom.com/downloads/vop/prrs/public/htm/support/Profiles.htm. Because I'm seeing a lot of people being able to login twice on roamer servers and if there's something that needs to be configured, I need to know what.
