I have a question for the VOP RADIUS SUPPORT I purchased the contract for support I have been calling Tech support for TWO DAYS now. I talked to somebody yesterday who assured me I would receive a call back Yesterday I called THREE times today and never even got a operator, but was made to leave a message each time I have a 4 Hour call back contract And now I just received this   Hi everyone,   This Email is to inform you that Vircom Will be closed on moday for the Labor Day holiday we will be back on tuesday at our usual time 9:30 am    The Vircom tech-Support team     I just want to thank the support team for taking care of it's support contract clients.   P.S.> MONDAY is spelt MONDAY not MODAY P.S.S.> O' Ya Now their closed for the next THREE Days  Thank You, Daniel Torquato President Calistoga Network Inc.
