Does anyone know anyway to stop these dual logins?  (To stop Vircom from authenticating users that are already in the users online list)

By default, it appears they allow this. I am using an upstream provider right now that resells Qwest accounts. I don't think qwest cares, they both add up on the 150 hour/mo total.  At that point, my upstream simply cuts off the account regardless of how I have things set.

Vircom is correctly keeping local users (dialed into our termservers) from performing simultaneous logins, however, customers who dial in through Qwest are getting authorized for multiple simultaneous sessions.

Any ideas???
