Well you are right about that.  They told me that it was a VOP issue and I
argued with them.  They contacted VOP and Vop said that it was a RODOPI DB
problem.  After 5 hours of BS and many rebooted servers they told me I had
two choices.  1)  Rebuild a new server and install SQL.  2) Contact
Microsoft and ask them to fix their SQL server software!!!!  I told them
neither was a fix for me.  I contacted a DB admin and he ripped there
database apart and found the problem in 30 minutes.  There is a query in the
interface_vircomusers stored procedure that was not returning any records
from the PlansSuspendedState do to a NOT EXIST clause.  He fixed the issue
and it works!!!  He has never even seen the RODOPI software before.
