It was a bad day. I was not at the office and had done it in the past but could not 
remember and was looking for a quick answer.
If I had been at the office I would have gone thru the help files and the cd. But was 
not.

I do apologize for going off on the list about that person and his lack of usefullness 
and helpfulness. Will count to 10 and smash keyboard next time before I post something 
like that.
