* This is the VOP Radius mailing list * Is there someway I can get near realtime data out of radius for "monitoring purposes"?
The stream of data of either the Accounting log or the Error log contains what I need, but I wouldn't want to absorb either to the detrement of other uses or archiving.. Probably the accounting log data would work if I could stream it to an eraseable file, parse our what I need every "10 seconds" and erase and replace it with a blank file and do it all over again. Is there someway to do something like that? I am looking for near real time logon, logoff info. I want to know within "30 seconds" when "pookiebear" logs on and what phonenumber they are on. (More or less.) I will parse the data, the question is how to get it out of radius near real time?
