We keep having problems with some customers on our national dialup system getting logged out but their user staying online in Vircom radius. The provider's "solution" for this is to disable simultaneous user checking for people on the national dialup service or at least increase the number of available users for that group of customers to 2 instead of 1. What would be the best way to do this? A custom Radius template in Rodopi? Is there a better way in VOPRadius?
We use Rodopi 5.2 and Vircom VOPRadius.
