If somebody from Vircom could give me an answer on this I would appreciate it.
Is there any way to remove "ghost" logins from the User table after a certain period of time without having SNMP access to the modem bank? I'm having a real problem with the VOPRadius thinking some of our roaming users are still online after they log off and not letting them on again. Our roaming provider's answer was to up the number of logins the users get but all that gets us is 5 ghosts in the system rather than 1 since they don't ever go away. Is there any way I can remove them automatically after 24 hours or something?
