Nevermind, as soon as I sent the message I figured out that the customer had 'Only accept encrypted password' checked (which of course she said earlier was _not_ checked) and that was the culprit.

I have a customer using Windows NT and ever since her network admin changed a bunch of settings on her computer it's sending their domain with their username when trying to dial in. I checked the login screen and the Domain area is blank but I still get domain\username in my VOP logs. Does anybody know how to get rid of the domain\ part? I know I've had this before and fixed it but I can't remember how now for anything.
