I’ve had a problem reoccur over the past two days. I start getting
complaints from users saying the system is rejecting their username and
password. I go to the VOPRadius configuration’s “Users Online” tab and
usernames have a leading hash (#) which means they aren’t getting
authenticated. I go to the ODBC manager in Control Panel and check the DSN,
which works fine. I go back to the VOPRadius configuration and check the ODBC
Settings and the first time the password was missing, I corrected it and it
started working again. Last night it happened again, this time both the
username and password were missing. Has anyone seen this kind of behavior before? Thanks, David |
