I’ve had a problem reoccur over the past two days. I start getting complaints from users saying the system is rejecting their username and password. I go to the VOPRadius configuration’s “Users Online” tab and usernames have a leading hash (#) which means they aren’t getting authenticated. I go to the ODBC manager in Control Panel and check the DSN, which works fine. I go back to the VOPRadius configuration and check the ODBC Settings and the first time the password was missing, I corrected it and it started working again. Last night it happened again, this time both the username and password were missing.

 

Has anyone seen this kind of behavior before?
