We have always refused ISDN access by setting the Digitial flag to NULL in our MySQL database. All of a sudden all our users started getting 691 errors when dialing into one of our wholesale providers access numbers. The reason they are getting denied is because VOP Radius does not like the fact that the attribute NAS-Port-Type now cmes in as "Virtual" instead of "Async". Basically the only way I can let an analog user on now is to allow Digital in the record for that user. Is there any way to fix this? My vendor is acting as though it's a major issue to fix on their end, funny it only took them 5 minutes to break it. Any ideas? They say this started as a result of them upgrading the IOS on one of their pieces of equipment.
