Hi,
Our support staff uses an inhouse built web application for accessing
User accounts and support info. We read everything off an MSSQL dbase.
One of the features is the ability to view who is online. The issue I am
having is with this feature.
I am using the option to Export User Listing to ODBC database but every
minute the list returns zero (0) users online then about 30sec later the
list appears again. This is very messy. It seems like every minute or so
the table is emptied and then re-uploaded. Is there away of not having
this happen in this manner as it is very confusing and annoying for the
support staff.
