oh ok.  Then set a user to a profile that redirects via DNS them to a page to enter user/pass..like
 
You can enter any URL:
 
and you still wind up at that page.
 
Then once the user acknowledges they are beyond their grace period...have the database reset their profile to normal...and inform them to disconnect.  If they are beyond the grace period..send them to a payment page:
 
If you find this terribly difficult, my rates are reasonable.

How do I disallow a user to connect if he owes money but is not expired?
