* This is the VOP Radius mailing list * Greetings, Does anyone have experience denying access, or applying different radius attributes based on the phone number dialed or NAS IP address? I found a how-to on the vircom website regarding this using profiles.txt, however, I use database authentication.
http://www.vircom.com/Support/Howtos/VOPRadius/howtovoprad_018.asp It doesn't seem that the called-station-id attribute is passed to SQL, so I can't make decisions based on that. The gist of what I'm trying to do is allow unlimited access on some dial networks, and restrict access to 150 hours on other dial networks. I have a built-in check right now that limits everyone to 150 hours/month, but I'd like to open up our dial networks where we have unlimited usage available without opening up all networks. I need some sort of way to make decisions based on what provider the customers are dialing. Let me know if anyone has any ideas, and thanks much! Daniel R.
