This seems to have coincided with a ticket they sent out saying that they were doing database maintenance. I just want to be sure that something's not gone bad in my VOP config. I'm getting a lot of sessions that are not removable. I've had to blow away the users logs three of four times. Is it possible that there's some problem with my VOP setup all of a sudden?
