Thanks. It appears those values are being set
properly. Even on the AS5300 I can look at the user status and see that
both were initially set right. It's just that, once set, the idle
time counts down to zero regardless of activity. But this only happens
when the value is set by VOPradius and not when set by Cisco Secure ACS
radius. I wonder if there is some other factor besides those two
values.
