In our effort to increase customer satisfaction, Vircom is happy to announce the launching of a brand new Knowledge Base tools.  We expect this to be live early next week. This new tool will increase efficiency in publishing up-to-date information (How-TO, known issues, User manual, workaround, etc) about Modus and VOPRadius product line. We will also post in the Knowledge Base all critical and non-critical patches by version and build number. No more guessing before upgrading, it will be there. A powerful search engine is available (even search attached file including PDFs).

 

There is a lot of work involved in building and maintaining the knowledge base but also a great value for customers running Vircom products. The knowledge base will be available 24 hours a day and become an important source of information.

 

Because of security issues and article may contains sensitive information, customers will have to be logged under MyVircom.
