[VOPRadius] GlobalPops or Sprint Aggregators

Please excuse the off-topic subject:   I have followed a few threads about GlobalPops (or Sprint).  My question is are there any aggregators out there that are better than others?  If so any recommedations?   I talked with one aggregator that seemed to know less than our college aged techies.....   We are looking to place about 4,000 nationwide subscribers but not finding a good aggregator.   Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated.   Thank you.   Wally Dearwester CommKey Internet
