Mark, Yes I have a copy of the report which you may have sent me some years ago, but the probelm is that it doesn't claim anything very unusual. And I apologize for the harsh tone of the previous message. My concern is that there are dozens of young enthusiastic experimenters who are using meager resources to work on this problem, and when they read the stuff about the long automobile jouney they naturally think that OU was involved, when it probably wasn't.
When combined with the widespread Stan Meyer 'disinfo,' and the 'Joe cell' disinfo, and the GWE disinfo, etc. then sadly a lot of time and $ will be potentially be lost chasing dead-end leads - and many will just give up the chase. BTW from what I have read, I suspect that AP was charging up lots of batteries at night with which to split water at 80-90 % efficiency during the day but we will never know for sure. In today's petro-situation, even that approach might be commercially valuable. ...it's too bad you didn't pick up the old equipment from his estate, just in case... Jones
